  • Eating fresh food and whole grains such as toast, as they can give you the needed energy you want in your dive without upsetting your stomach. 

The simplest way to make scuba diving and stress relief almostly synonymous is likely to just continuously get in the water. 

You will just need to leave your worries on the shore and relax, and you will need nothing more than the sound of your bubbles and the fascination of the world beneath the waves then you will see how  scuba diving and stress relief are the same.
