When we say everything, we should start with the fundamental human needs, such as, Are you warm enough? Do you have enough food and water? Are you practicing scuba diving in a safe area and can make mistakes safely while learning how to dive?
It is a crucial thing to raise concerns when you are unsure. You can make several symbol adaptations such as wearing more comfortable equipment or make another plan. It’s normal to feel weird when you do new things and dealing with that is so easy when you are socially and physically safe.
How Long is the Gap between Your Current Ability and the Chosen Skill?
If you feel overwhelmed when you practice a new skill, then there is a big gap between what you can do and what you are trying to acquire. To cross this gap you will need to have more skills.
In PADI courses you will progress from basic scuba diving skills to more advanced ones. Also during the course, your instructor will help you master every skill by breaking down it into smaller steps.
Is This Pace of Training Right for You?

If you feel uncomfortable during your training, you should check the pace. Weather if you feel that you have too much information to absorb, or you feel that the process is too fast and you aren’t sure about what you are doing, this refers that you need more time to focus on what you learn.
