Ascend Together

After securing an air source, ascend together at a controlled pace. Avoid rapid ascending to prevent both barotrauma and decompression sickness. perform a safety stop at approximately 5 meters (15 feet) for 3 to 5 minutes to allow off-gassing any excess nitrogen.

Emergency Ascent
